NECKLACES:

1. What are your necklaces made of?

The birth flower necklaces are made with delicate acrylic pendants on high-quality sterling silver chains. Each piece is lightweight, durable, and designed to last with proper care. 

2. How should I care for my jewellery?

To keep your necklace looking it's best:

- Avoid exposure to water, lotions, and perfumes.

- Store it in a jewellery box or pouch when not in use.

- Gently clean with a soft, dry cloth if needed.

 

3. Do you offer custom or personalised orders?

At the moment, I don't offer custom designs, but I'm always open to suggestions for future products! Feel free to reach out if you have ideas.

 

4. How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days. Shipping times are as follows:

- UK 2 - 4 business days

5. Do you ship internationally?

Not right now! But I'm hoping to eventually ship outside the UK!

6. Can I return or exchange an item?

I accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn and in their original packaging. 

7. What is a birth flower?

A birth flower represents the month you were born, each with it's own unique meaning and symbolisms. You can learn more about them on my Birth Flowers page. 

8. Do you offer gift wrapping?

Yes! All of my necklaces come beautifully packaged, perfect for gifting. If you'd like to include a personalised note, just let me know at checkout.

9. How can I contact you?

10. Do you work with influencers or collaborate?

Not at the minute! But if you're interested in collaborating don't hesitate to email me your proposal!

 

T-SHIRTS

1. What materials are the T-shirts made of?

Our T-shirts are made from soft, high-quality fabrics like 100% cotton or cotton blends, ensuring comfort and durability. Each design is printed with care using eco-friendly inks.

2. How should I care for my T-shirt?

To keep your T-shirt looking great:

Wash inside out on a cold, gentle cycle.

Avoid using bleach or fabric softeners.

Tumble dry on low or hang to dry.

Do not iron directly on the print.

3. What sizes do you offer?

We offer a range of sizes from XS to 3XL (depending on the design). Be sure to check the size guide on the product page for detailed measurements.

4. How long will it take to receive my T-shirt?

As each T-shirt is made to order, it typically takes 3–7 business days to print. Shipping times depend on your location and are calculated at checkout.

5. Can I return or exchange a T-shirt?

Because our T-shirts are made to order, we can only accept returns or exchanges for defective or damaged items. If there’s an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll make it right!

6. Are the T-shirts printed in-house?

I work with Printify, a trusted print-on-demand service, to create and ship our T-shirts. This allows us to offer high-quality prints and a wide range of sizes while keeping waste to a minimum.

7. Do you offer custom T-shirt designs?

At this time, I don’t offer custom T-shirt designs, but I'm always thinking about adding new styles to my collection. Keep an eye out for updates!

 

BOOKMARKS:

1. What are your magnetic bookmarks made of?

The bookmarks are crafted with premium glossy photo paper, laminated for durability, and feature custom die-cut magnets for secure attachment.

2. What size are the bookmarks?

Each bookmark measures roughly 13cm/5.1" x 6.5cm/2.5", making them perfect for marking pages without adding bulk.

3. Do the bookmarks feature any special designs?

Yes! One side of the bookmark features your chosen birth flower design, while the reverse side showcases my mascot, Blossom, for added charm!

4. How strong are the magnets?

The magnets are strong enough to stay securely on the page without damaging your book. They are perfect for keeping your spot in any book or planner.

5. How quickly will my order be processed? 

Since the bookmarks only need the magnets attached, orders are processed and shipped quickly typically within 1-2 business days processing. 

6. Do you accept returns?

Yes, returns are accepted if you're not completely satisfied. However, buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or faulty upon arrival.

7. Can the bookmarks be gifted?

Absolutely! The bookmarks come with a beautiful backing card, making them ideal for gifting to book lovers.
