Processing Times:

  • T-shirts 3-7 business days (as they are made to order.)
  • Bookmarks 1-2 business days.

Shipping Times:

  • UK: 2-4 business days.

  • You will receive a tracking number (if applicable) once your order has shipped.

Returns and Exchanges

Necklaces:

  • Returns or exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn and in their original packaging.

T-Shirts:

  • Due to being made to order, T-shirts can only be returned or exchanged if defective or damaged. Please contact me within 7 days of receiving your order if there's an issue.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.


Bookmarks:

  • Returns or exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or faulty.
